He admitted the players lacked confidence and assuredness, saying he would need to “go back to the drawing board.”
The manager also stressed that improvements must come before the January transfer window closes, even though he may have limited funds to strengthen the squad. Ramsay’s comments underline the severity of West Brom’s issues, with quality and depth lacking across key areas of the pitch.
