In addition to Lewis Miley, another Newcastle United player is currently in training following an injury in anticipation of Brighton. Lewis Miley is not the sole Newcastle United player who has returned from injury. Eddie Howe is conditioning his players for Saturday’s match against Brighton, as the Magpies are gearing up for the match. At the very least, the players that are at his disposal. Some of Newcastle United’s international players are still anticipating their return. Bruno Guimaraes and Miguel Almiron are expected to arrive in the early hours of Wednesday morning BST, having competed in South America. In the interim, Newcastle has received Lewis Miley back from injury. He has not participated in a match for the club in the past seven months due to a back injury and a subsequent fractured metatarsal. However, the 18-year-old has been photographed returning to training in anticipation of the match at St James’ Park this weekend.

An additional Newcastle United player has recovered from an injury. Lewis Miley is not the sole Newcastle United player who has returned from

injury. Martin Dubravka has also been observed in the training images that Newcastle has posted on their official website. The 35-year-old’s return is a result of his compelled departure during the Carabao Cup victory over Wimbledon. Odysseas Vlachodimos was the player who played the second 45 minutes after Dubravka sustained a severe injury during the first half. Dubravka was unable to participate in the draw with Everton as a consequence of that injury, as the Rafa Benitez acquisition was deemed insufficiently fit to serve as a substitute at Goodison Park. Dubravka subsequently missed the international break, and Slovakia drew with Sweden and subsequently defeated Azerbaijan in the Nations League without him. However, he is currently in training and appears to have overcome his injury. Dubravka will be in competition with Vlachodimos and John Ruddy for a spot on the substitute against Brighton, as he has resumed training.

The former has been absent from Newcastle’s last three games as a result of a fractured toe, while the latter has been absent throughout the season. It has been reported that Isak and Wilson will be able to face Brighton; however, they have not been depicted in any of the training images. There is still no official confirmation that they will be available this weekend. I am optimistic that this will be rectified when Eddie Howe addresses the media on Friday.
