Celtic anticipates a “substantial revenue increase” as a result of Newcastle United’s £30 million acquisition and Aston Villa’s relocation.Stefan Borson, a football finance expert, anticipates that Celtic will capitalise on a comparable agreement with Adidas to the one Newcastle United executed prior to the current season.

To conclude an agreement with Adidas that is valued at approximately £30 million per season, Newcastle United terminated a three-year contract with Castore.

Adidas, which manufactured their kits during the ‘Entertainers’ era and subsequently during their triumphs under Sir Bobby Robson, returned to the club after a 14-year absence.

The move was met with great enthusiasm by the fanbase. Newcastle United’s five-year agreement with Adidas will yield them substantially more than their previous agreement with Castore, despite the fact that they are not included in Adidas’ “Elite” clubs.

Aston Villa promptly followed the Magpies in transitioning from Castore to Adidas, and Adidas’ roster of clubs also includes prominent names such as Manchester United, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid.

Celtic, the Scottish Premiership champions, also have their kit manufactured by Adidas.

Stefan Borson, a finance expert, anticipates that the Hoops will renew their agreement with Adidas when their current one expires in 2025.

He anticipates that the Hoops will receive a comparable agreement to the one Newcastle United signed prior to the commencement of the new season, which will generate “substantial revenue.”

I believe that the agreement they have reached with Adidas is comparable to the Newcastle agreement, in which Adidas designs a comprehensive line of products. Celtic, on the other hand, has a high-quality product at a reasonable price, as they are purchasing it wholesale from Adidas. Borson disclosed this information to Football Insider.

“Subsequently, they will establish their own margin and distribute them to the market.”

I have a feeling that the arrangement is functioning quite well. Celtic is a unique club, and it is conceivable that a global market that is not necessarily a huge Celtic supporter but has a general affiliation with the club is purchasing a significant amount of their fashion products.

It is probable that a significant quantity is being sold in the United States.

“If you have a deal with Adidas of this nature, you have access to favourable buying prices, a high-quality product, and a wide distribution network. Consequently, these deals are more likely to be successful than some of the ones you have previously executed.”

“I believe Celtic’s circumstances are more comparable to Newcastle’s.” Adidas has elevated them to a higher echelon in terms of their evaluation.

“They are a significant club, despite not being in the top tier, which is occupied by Liverpool and Manchester United.” This generates substantial revenue and profit. It is likely that Adidas is considering this and deciding to continue with the current approach, as it is performing well.
