Celtic captain Calum McGregor expresses his desire for Kyogo Furuhashi to continue his tenure with the club.
GLASGOW, SCOTLAND – On Wednesday, Celtic captain Calum McGregor expressed his optimism that Kyogo Furuhashi would remain with the Scottish club, despite reports linking him to a transfer to Rennes in France.
Furuhashi, who celebrated his 30th birthday on Monday, played a pivotal role in assisting Celtic in advancing to the Champions League quarterfinals with a 1-0 victory against Young Boys. The Japanese forward had three goals invalidated during the match.
