English coach Jack Wilshere reveals the name of the Manchester City player that is nine(9x) times better than Patrick Vieira in his youth in football

There are a lot of players who have played for both Manchester City and Arsenal.

A few examples are Samir Nasri, Emmanuel Adebayor, Kolo Toure, Gael Clichy, and others who have played for both City and Arsenal in the past.

Another well-known player who has played for both clubs is Patrick Vieira, who made 451 matches for both.

The player played for the North London club for nine years, from 1996 to 2005. He then played for Manchester City for one and a half years, from January 2010 to July 2011.

Now, though, another midfielder who used to play for Arsenal has said something about Vieira and a present City star.

Wilshere did a winner-stays-on challenge in a recent video posted on the Daily Mail Sport TikTok channel. He had to choose between some past and present top-flight midfielders based on who he thinks is better.

Wilshere picked Kevin De Bruyne over Vieira when he had to choose between the two. De Bruyne is a Belgian and plays middle. Vieira was on Arsenal’s unbeaten team.

The Frenchman played 405 times for Arsenal and scored 32 goals, set up 50 others, and helped the team win three Premier League titles.

Compared to Vieira, De Bruyne has scored 102 goals, set up 170 others, and won six Premier League titles. He is a more attack-minded player than Vieira.

It’s interesting that Rodri just recently called De Bruyne the best player of all time. This shows how much he and Wilshere both respect the Belgian.

Even though most Arsenal fans probably won’t be happy that Wilshere chose De Bruyne over Vieira, it’s easy to see why the Englishman did. The 33-year-old has won so many games and set up so many goals.
