There has been a lot of talk about Adam Idah coming back to Celtic for good this summer, and things have moved very quickly since the striker made his plans clear to Norwich City.

The player from the Republic of Ireland had a short time in paradise after going on loan to Celtic in January and helping Brendan Rodgers defend the league title and the Scottish Cup.

Idah became a fan favorite right away after scoring important goals under pressure against Hibs, Motherwell, and Rangers. Celtic fans can’t wait for him to return to Parkhead forever.

The 22-year-old is well-liked in the Celtic locker room, and talks between the club and Norwich City are already moving forward. He has made it clear to the Championship club where he wants to play this summer.

Adma Idah “told” Norwich that he wants to move to Celtic.

Celtic officially made an offer for Idah less than a week ago. According to journalist Pete O’Rourke, the young striker has told Norwich that he wants to join the Scottish champions in the summer, even though the teams are still negotiating a deal.

Celtic fans will be happy to hear this news, since Idah’s camp hadn’t said much about a move to Celtic until now.

Idah has scored nine goals in 19 games since January, showing that he can step up when it counts, especially when the heat is on.

He has also done well on the international stage with the Republic of Ireland, scoring goals against Hungary, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Gibraltar.

Kyogo Furuhashi is the only known scorer at the club, so adding Idah will not only cover for the Japanese player, but it will also give them much-needed competition since Hyeongyu Oh looks like he will be leaving Paradise this summer.
