Ruben Amorim’s January transfer window Rumors regarding the potential transfer of two Manchester United players to Newcastle have been sparked by the firesale.

Marcus Rashford has made headlines after the boyhood Red Devil disclosed that he is prepared for a new challenge in the context of a significant mid-season overhaul at Old Trafford.Rumors that Toon was considering a prospective transfer for the 27-year-old were sparked by the confession.

The recent injury to Callum Wilson may have exacerbated the urgency to revitalize the attacking line; however, Paul Mitchell would be wise to explore alternative options within Man United’s squad. In January, Newcastle United is considering a trade with Victor Lindelof.

Victor Lindelof, a 30-year-old player, is another individual who has been encouraged to leave Old Trafford. This could be a clever business move, as Lindelof is currently available at a reduced rate.

The Premier League-proven centre-back, who has made 267 appearances on the red side of Manchester, is reportedly available for a fee as low as €7-8m (£6m) in the January window. However, Newcastle could potentially acquire him for free if they can wait until the summer.

In recent weeks, the Toon defense has appeared somewhat hapless, which may have prompted the connection with the Sweden international. It was once rigid and steadfast.

West Ham and Everton, as well as a group of Serie A clubs, are reportedly monitoring the Swede’s situation, which is reducing the likelihood of a deal.

Newcastle could undoubtedly do worse than to secure the services of the experienced defender on a low-cost contract; however, the signing would only be viable if the price is appropriate.
