The perspective of Newcastle United regarding the potential sale of Lloyd Kelly, in light of Jose Mourinho’s proposal to acquire him, is currently under consideration.

TBR Football reports that Newcastle United has no plans to transfer Lloyd Kelly during this month and has declined an offer from Fenerbahce.

Kelly has participated in a limited number of football matches this season for Eddie Howe’s team, having accumulated merely 593 minutes of play across all competitions. The Magpies are eager to retain him within their squad at least until the conclusion of the season to prevent any potential deficiencies should one of their other defenders sustain an injury.

Newcastle United has declined a proposal from Fenerbahce for the acquisition of Lloyd Kelly. Earlier this week, Fenerbahce submitted a proposal for Lloyd Kelly, which was promptly rejected by Newcastle United, according to sources cited by TBR Football’s chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey.

TBR Football has been informed that Howe is an ardent admirer of Kelly and would not consider allowing him to depart from the club, particularly given that he only acquired him during the summer transfer window.

The Turkish club may now pursue Carlos once again; however, they face competition from their formidable rivals, Galatasaray, as discussions have commenced with Aston Villa concerning a potential agreement.

The Midlands club is keen to transfer Carlos in order to facilitate the acquisition of a new defender. Furthermore, Aston Villa has already engaged in discussions regarding Oscar Mingueza and Loic Balde, as confirmed by TBR Football.

Another defender appears poised to depart from Newcastle. Earlier today, TBR Football disclosed that Matt Targett is being sought after by Charlotte FC, with additional interest from various European organisations.

The player’s previous supervisor at Aston Villa, Dean Smith, is presently managing the MLS club and is eager to reconcile with the full-back in the United States. Targett is receiving numerous proposals, as both Belgian Pro League team Anderlecht and Bundesliga clubs Eintracht Frankfurt and Mainz have expressed interest.
