50 years-old FC Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel sack decision has been revealed! SACK OR NOT?

Munich has decided what will happen with manager Thomas Tuchel, even though their season is in danger of falling apart.

Bayern’s dreams of winning the Bundesliga title were dashed when they lost 3-2 to VfL Bochum on Sunday. It was their third loss in ninth days.

Tuchel’s team lost 1-0 to Lazio in the first leg of their last-16 Champions League match on Wednesday. This came just a few days after they were beaten 3-0 by title rivals Bayer Leverkusen.

Bayern is now eight points behind Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, and they still have 12 games to play.

Harry Kane has been in great form this season—the former Tottenham Hotspur striker has scored 29 goals in 30 games across all competitions—but Tuchel has led Bayern backwards this season.

In the past few weeks, there have been many stories and rumors that Bayern’s leaders are going to fire Tuchel. However, it looks like they will give the coach more time.

Bild says that Bayern has no plans to hire someone to replace Tuchel.

Hansi Flick, the former manager of Bayern Munich, has been tipped as a possible replacement for Tuchel, but Uli Hoeness, a well-known member of the club’s board, is said to not be sure that Flick could save Bayern’s season.

After Bayern’s loss to Bochum, CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen said that Tuchel would “of course” be in charge of their next game, which is a must-win against RB Leipzig on Saturday.

He didn’t say that he wouldn’t fire the coach later, though.

“These vows of loyalty are usually gone again after a week, so I say it in my own way,” said Dreesen.

“I’ve said it before, and I’ll repeat myself, it’s not an issue that we’re concerned with at the moment.”

Since March 2023, when he took over for Julian Nagelsmann as Bayern boss, Tuchel has only been in charge.

The 50-year-old manager won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2021, but was fired in 2022 because he didn’t get along with the new owner, Todd Boehly.
