Hugo Ekitike has been linked to Newcastle United a lot before the January transfer market opens.
A new story from TEAMtalk, on the other hand, says that the Magpies are no longer interested in the 21-year-old attacker and are now looking at someone else.
The story says that Newcastle is now more interested in a possible move for Serhou Guirassy and Ruben Neves than for Ekitike.
Some people in charge at Newcastle seem to like the Paris Saint-Germain player, but the mood is “majorly against bringing him in” right now.
“Inexperienced and untested, especially at the level of the Premier League,” is what caused this.
Guirassy, who plays for Stuttgart and the Guinea national team, has also been linked with the Magpies recently.
A different story from TEAMtalk says that Newcastle have already talked to Stuttgart and Guirassy’s agent “about the structure of a deal.”
The story said that Newcastle are ready to use the striker’s £15 million release clause for the season.
It is also said that Guirassy wants to play in the Premier League, and Newcastle are sure that they can make a deal happen.

He’s skilled, has a lot of knowledge, is at the height of his powers, and is said to be available in January for a price that isn’t too high.
The 27-year-old has had a great season so far, scoring 16 goals and setting up two others in just 11 club games across all categories.
The Ligue 1 website said in 2020, “Guirassy is tall and strong, as well as having all the traits of a classic target man. He can play this role.”
Guirassy is strong in the air and in a fight. He has a killer instinct and is a tough player for both defenders and goalkeepers to stop.
“But Guirassy is not only very big and strong, he also moves quickly and smartly.”
Tottenham is also reportedly interested in him, though, so Newcastle can’t rest on their laurels when it comes to signing him.
