“I dont believe we are all not good enough” – Chelsea coach Mauricio Pochettino “sack decision” might be made as potential replacement is revealed

After Chelsea’s big loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers over the weekend, Mauricio Pochettino is under more and more pressure. The Blues lost 4–2 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, and some fans booed at the end of the game. They now sit in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

The manager said after the game, “I think we are all not good enough.” At the moment, that’s the truth. I also think I’m the first person to blame for this.

“Today we proved that we are not good enough.” I totally agree with you. No one is safe because we didn’t handle the issue well. I don’t want to say that I’m the best here. We are all in charge.

“Such as the players. The players need to be responsible, just like I am. I agree with you that we are not matching the club’s past right now. Yes, we do need to accept, be critical, and not give up. We need to keep trying to make things different, maybe make a choice, and find new ways to do things.

It’s getting harder and harder to defend Pochettino. I do not believe he is the main issue at the club, not at all. However, we are already more than halfway through his first season and there is no style of play to stick to.

A lot of the time, Pochettino talks about “progress” and how hard it is to measure because of “circumstances” at Chelsea. At a club like Chelsea, where fans need to see at least something that gives them hope, that won’t work, though.

The Blues made progress when they beat Liverpool and won the Carabao Cup, but they can’t keep up their good form in the Premier League. Every season, Chelsea needs to be able to fight on a number of fronts.

I would keep him on for now. He could at least be in charge of the cup final at the end of the month. However, if they fail to win that, they need to make a major choice.

When he was hired as Chelsea manager in July of last year, Pochettino clearly needed time to put his plans into action. After a few months, that is still the case.

When you play for Chelsea, you do need to win, but this is a project. Because Todd Boehly spent a billion pounds, it’s taking a little longer for the Blues to get together this season.

Pochettino should never be judged based on his first season in charge. He needs time, and if he gets it, things will get better. After all, the west Londoners have the Carabao Cup final against Liverpool to look forward to. Winning a trophy this season would be a big accomplishment.

Without a doubt, progress has been slow, but Pochettino will be judged after the next season. Before they were successful, Mikel Arteta and Arsenal, Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool, and even Sir Alex Ferguson and Manchester United had similar problems. Pochettino will do a great job if you give him time and space to do it.

There are a lot of problems at Chelsea right now. I’m not sure if firing Mauricio Pochettino will solve all of them, but he’s running out of reasons to stay in his job since things haven’t been going well this year.

There has been a lot of change and a lot of injuries, but other teams have had those problems too this season, and you can at least see a clear style or even a basic level of urgency on the field that Chelsea doesn’t have right now.

If they were trying hard to follow a clear style but not quite getting results, like when Jurgen Klopp joined Liverpool, he would be making a case to stay. But the club isn’t doing nearly as well as its parts right now.

How many people are ready to replace the manager before the Carabao Cup final? That’s the last real chance to get into Europe next year. The truth is that any manager they can get in the summer will be better, and another caretaker manager until the end of the season probably won’t make much of a difference.

After the Wolves game, things aren’t going so well, but Chelsea doesn’t have many choices right now but to stick with Pochettino.

Chelsea is said to have found a manager they want to replace Mauricio Pochettino right away.

Before the 23/24 season, Pochettino was hired as Blues’ boss. He was in charge of Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain before this.

Chelsea hasn’t been playing well at all, even though they spent a lot of money on players like Moore, Jackson, and Caicedo.

Chelsea lost to Liverpool 4-1 during the week and then to Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-2 at home on Sunday afternoon.

Pochettino is under more and more pressure to quickly make things better for the team because of this.

But Chelsea is said to already have a replacement in mind and want to move quickly.

Chelsea FC makes a big move to take over for Mauricio Pochettino as coach.

Sport Zone says that Xabi Alonso would be a great boss for Chelsea right away.

Eghbali, who is a co-owner of Chelsea, is said to have been happy with Alonso’s work with the German club. In second place in the Bundesliga, two points separate Bayern Munich from Alonso. They still have two games to play.

Still, Liverpool, another Premier League team, might make it hard for Chelsea to get Alonso.

The Reds’ boss, Jurgen Klopp, is leaving at the end of the 23/24 season, so the team needs to find a new one.

Alonso played for Liverpool and got along well with the fans, so a lot of people want him to take over when Klopp goes.

Bayern is another team that might be interested in the Spanish coach. At the Bavarian club, Thomas Tuchel is also getting some bad press. The team wants to win its 11th straight Bundesliga title.

When asked about his plans last month, Alonso said, “To be honest, I’m not thinking about the next step right now.” I like where I am now that I think about it.

“I’ll be happy if we play well and deserve to win.” What makes you think that will happen… “I don’t know, and I don’t care either right now.”
