Liverpool to try out their new weapon against Manchester United this coming weekend, says the player.Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, has stated that he “can’t wait” to see the new Anfield Road Stand in operation this coming weekend, when the Reds will be playing their bitter rivals, Manchester United, at Anfield. When the new stand is partially completed, the capacity of Anfield will be expanded to around 57,000, which will allow the Merseyside club to play United in front of the largest audience seen at the stadium in more than half a century. This scheduled match is scheduled to take place on Sunday.

In April of 1973, when Liverpool’s squad played Leicester City in the former First Division, a crowd of 56,202 people witnessed the match. This will be the largest audience that Liverpool has ever seen in the league. On the other hand, according to The Athletic, this is contingent upon receiving authorization from the Liverpool City Council.

An event for testing the stand was held in Liverpool on Monday evening. The purpose of the test is to assess whether or not the stand is ready to be used.

During his remarks at this ceremony on Monday, Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, stated that he “can’t wait” to see the new stand up and running, and that he will be “emotional to see” it.

James Pearce made the following statement about Klopp: “I adore it — it’s great. When it first began, I had no idea what what it would look like would be. Being able to see it now is quite emotional. The fact that I am here tonight is a source of pride because this is a moment in history. What an absolutely stunning new stand! I can’t wait so that we can put it to use.

It is certain that the German coach will be aiming to make advantage of the additional noise when Manchester United comes to town this coming weekend. The more fans will be a new weapon that will be added to Anfield’s arsenal.
