Brendan Rodgers gave a report on what’s going on with Liel Abada at Celtic. Individually, the winger has not been in the team for games since the Easter Road win. The best thing the Celtic boss could have done with the player was to put his arm around him and reassure him that fans will not be angry at him because he is from another country.

Abada isn’t going to be able to play again until December. He hurt himself while on international service in September. The winger had to have surgery and is still working his way back through recovery.

Abada has played 106 games and scored 29 goals and set up 21 others. For a player his age, the numbers are amazing, and there is a sense that Rodgers can help the player go even further.
