Australian professional footballer Marco Tilio finally speaks up and reveals the major hidden reason he left Celtic FC to join Melbourne City FC on loan

When Marco Tilio joined Celtic last summer, there were high dreams that he would become a big star there.

The Hoops broke a record by paying an Australian club £1.5 million straight to get Tilio to Parkhead, but things went badly for him right away.

The young Australian winger’s start with Celtic was slowed down by an injury he got in preseason. Things never really got going again after that.

Tilio got better from his injury in November, but he has only played two games for the green and white hoops, totaling only 27 minutes.

Brendan Rodgers admitted earlier this season that Tilio was having a tough time at Celtic. Now, the 22-year-old is on loan at his old team, Melbourne City FC.

In an interview that came out last night, Tilio explained why he picked Melbourne over Sydney FC, even though his agents had also talked to them.

Tilio told Melbourne City FC, “I had the chance to come back and give back to the Club that brought me here as a young player, gave me every chance, and helped me grow. I can only thank them for the time I had here before, and I hope to repay them in this time here now.”

It just doesn’t look good, to be honest. It’s clear that Tilio is a good player. He is good at what he does because he has been called seven times for Australia and won three A-League titles. (Transfer Market)

He had a hard time at Celtic because he was hurt and missed his home country. Moving back there might help him.

Rodgers may not like the 22-year-old, though, since he hasn’t played much since coming back from an injury more than three months ago.

And Hyunjun Yang, Daizen Maeda, Nicolas Kuhn, and to some extent Luis Palma are all competing for the same spot as Tilio. He will have to work hard to get into the Celtic first team.

Tilio had already played three times for his new team, so let’s hope he can make a difference and return to Celtic next season with more confidence.

Scottish football coach James Duffy finally exposes the secret Celtic Fc Brender Rodgers did in the club that everyone least expect

Fans of Celtic have been upset that their team hasn’t been offensive enough this season.

We aren’t used to watching the way Brendan Rodgers’ team plays. This is true for both the last two seasons under Ange Postecoglou and in general.

Fans of Celtic have grown up watching football played “the Glasgow Celtic way.” Teams are being pushed hard and quickly.

It’s been said by Tommy Burns, Martin O’Neil, Neil Lennon, and even Ronny Deila. But this season, the game has not been what we are used to under Rodgers.

But things were a little different on Sunday after the Celtic boss made some changes to the system. Former Morton manager Jim Duffy thought those changes were great.

Jim Duffy praised Adam Idah’s change to the Celtic game.

When the 64-year-old talked about Celtic’s win over St. Mirren, he said he thought it was interesting that Rodgers made such a big call since he hasn’t done that all season.

Duffy told Superscoreboard, “Celtic aren’t firing on all cylinders, but the bottom line is that you expect Celtic to get better even if they aren’t firing on all cylinders and Rangers keep playing as well as they have.”

“I found it interesting that Brendan Rodgers just made a few changes for the first time.” I know that he has put Kyogo on a few times as the tenth player.

“But I thought it was a big call to bring in Idah because he started against St. Mirren.” A 4-3-3 has always been his style, so it will be interesting to see if he sticks with that.

“But in the last two games, he’s finished with a 4-2-3-1, and that’s how they beat Hibs.” The first team he put together was 4-2-3-1, and they beat St. Mirren.

“So all I want to do is see if he changes his most favorite style.”

What will interest Celtic fans is whether Rodgers will keep starting the game the same way he did against St. Mirren when Kilmarnock comes to town.

Ayrshire’s Derek McInnes team has been tough to beat, and Rodgers may choose to use Idah as a goal man again to break them down.

What will happen when Reo Hatate is fully fit again? Will Rodgers act like himself again? Any questions? The season will answer them all.

Fans of the Celtic team will now be hope that their team picks up where they left off and wins all three points on Saturday.
