Man United might not have four players for their Premier League game against West Ham United on Sunday.

Manchester United might not have all four of their players for their Premier League game against West Ham United on Sunday at Old Trafford.

The team led by Erik Ten Hag just won a thrilling 4–3 game at Molineux on Thursday. They know that a win against the Hammers could bring them within four points of Tottenham Hotspur in fourth place. But Ten Hag might have a tough afternoon because a lot of regular United first-team players are going to be hurt. The club’s fitness problems keep getting worse.

At this point, there is no set date for when the Frenchman could play again at Old Trafford, and since his deal ends in the summer, it is unclear if he will ever play for the Reds again.

As a report on his health last month, Ten Hag said, “Anthony has successfully recovered from surgery to fix a groin problem and will be out of action for about ten weeks as he heals.”

Mason Mount and Tyrell Malacia, who have both been hurt a lot this season, have both made big progress in their recovery in the last few weeks by working on the grass at Carrington.

Both players have been out for a long time, though, so Ten Hag is likely to slowly get them back into action. Neither is expected to play against West Ham this weekend. Aaron Wan Bissika is also not likely to play.

But United might get better this weekend because Sofyan Amrabat and Victor Lindelof are both set to play again at Old Trafford.

Amrabat, who is on loan from United, hasn’t played since December’s draw at Anfield because of an injury and his country’s involvement in the Africa Cup of Nations. However, Ten Hag confirmed that the midfielder will train on Saturday and could play.

United could also get Lindelof back, who has been out since December after surgery on his thigh. He could play with Amrabat again.
