Chelsea tied Manchester City in a game where Erling Haaland had many chances to score but didn’t take them.

Manchester City had three great chances that they missed, and Erling Haaland pushed the Sky Sports camera away in anger. Chelsea and Manchester City played to a 1-1 tie. The player who scored didn’t want a camera in his face after Liverpool and Arsenal dropped two points in the race for the Premier League title.

Five games ago, Haaland hurt his foot and hasn’t been in good shape since then. Last weekend’s two goals against Everton were the only ones he scored in that time.

The 23-year-old player should have scored three goals but only got two. At the beginning of the game and right after, he had two great chances that he missed.

When Haaland got past Axel Disasi in the penalty area, he had another chance. He shot straight at Djordje Petrovic for no gain. It was clear that Haaland didn’t want to be the center of attention all the time.

The shooter for Sky Sports tried to get a close-up of Haaland standing on the field after the game was over. As the camera moved around him, the forward looked off into space, which showed that he didn’t like your play.

Haaland let the camera move around him for a short time, but he pushed it away, so it was clear he didn’t want it to keep going. That player thought that at least one of his three chances to score would have won the game for his team.

Both teams tied, which is the second time this season that Chelsea has done that. However, Chelsea had the better of the game. The away team took the lead at the Etihad Stadium thanks to Raheem Sterling, who used to play for Manchester City.

Sterling finished off Manuel Akanji perfectly after cutting inside him. Nicholas Jackson almost scored more than once, which gave Chelsea chances to score a second goal. After that, Enzo Fernandez blocked the striker’s shot and took the ball away.

Haaland missed a few good chances, but City didn’t lose too badly. When the former Borussia Dortmund star missed the last chance in the 79th minute, it looked like they were going to lose.

Rodri, on the other hand, gave City the big moment. The defender ran on to a loose ball and hammered it home after Trevoh Chalobah deflected it. He did the same thing last year to score the winning goal in the Champions League final.

Both Liverpool and Arsenal won earlier on Saturday, which made City feel like they had to score as many goals as their rivals. The Reds still have more points than Arsenal, who only has 55. With 53 points, City needs to do a lot better if they want to keep their title.
