[8:36 AM, 11/20/2023] Zion Joe: Fans of the Hornets will always remember the Celtic Invincibles as a legendary team.

They not only didn’t lose all season, but they also won the treble that set them on their way to the world record Quadruple Treble.

That was a thrilling time in Celtic’s recent past, and you probably won’t see anything like it anywhere else in the world.

Some of the guys on that team were really huge. Everyone on the team that season, from Moussa Dembele to Craig Gordon, was great.

But things could have gone very differently for Craig Gordon. Before the Scotland international joined Celtic on a free move in 2014, Peter Grant is going to say that the former Celtic hero tried to steal him from his old team.

“We tried,” they said. Peter Grant reveals the hidden conspiracy how West Ham tried to sign Celtic Invincibles star player before the Bhoys did.

“It’s funny because I remember calling Stevie Woods about him,” Grant said on The Go Radio Football Show. I’m not sure if it happened at Birmingham or West Ham, but Craig got hurt at Sunderland.

“I asked, “Could you tell us where Craig Gordon is? He’s a great goalie.”

“He said, ‘He trained with us; he just wants to see how things go.’” After that, Celtic hired him.

Matt O’Riley, a 22-year-old midfielder, seems to be the guy who is getting the most attention.

Breaking News: Crystal Palace are keen to proceed with signing 22-year-old Celtic player in January
This season, O’Riley has been in great shape for Celtic and has really grown under new boss Brendan Rodgers.

So much so that Crystal Palace is said to be keeping an eye on the £1.5 million signing from MK Dons. That’s what The Scottish Sun says.

The story says that Newcastle, Leicester, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Palace are all after O’Riley. The Hoops star is in very high demand.

The 22-year-old was recently called the best player in Scotland because of how well he played for Celtic in the Champions League.

But O’Riley has also been great for the Hoops in the Scottish Premiership, where he helps keep Celtic as the best team and at the top of the table.

The story also says that Celtic would “think about” any offer above £10m. However, I think that teams that want to sign O’Riley will have to offer at least twice that amount if they want to do so.

The story says that Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg, and Lille are all interested in Matt O’Riley. If Celtic decide to sell, they will have many offers for the young player, which will also make his price go up.

Celtic should try to keep O’Riley until the end of the season at the very least. The Scottish champions can still get into the Champions League automatically next season and win a £60 million prize. O’Riley will be very important for Celtic to get there if they win the league this season.

“Everything was finished” Celtic Fc were on the verge of signing the 36-year-old Premier League winner.
Since winning the Premier League with Leicester City, Danny Simpson’s life hasn’t been easy.

Ever since he left Bristol City last summer, the right defender has had a tough time finding a new club. After leaving Leicester City, he was a free agent twice before.
Being a free agent is troublesome in and of itself, but having a deal fall through makes it unbearable.

While appearing on Filthy Fellas, Simpson spoke up about his long history of club hopping, including a near-signing with Celtic following his departure from Leicester.

Simpson was on the verge of joining Celtic

Almost signing with the Scottish giants was something the right-back mentioned.

Sometimes that’s just how things operate, and it’s crazy. Something transpired with Celtic, and as a result, I lost communication with my agency. For that reason, I declined the second offer. “I had conversations with Neil Lennon and others about Celtic, and it was a great opportunity for European football and additional trophies; I also had conversations with Kolo Toure and Brendan about it, but in the end, it fell through,” Simpson revealed.

Valued despite the potential danger
It seems like Simpson turned down other offers in pursuit of a move to Celtic Park, and we really don’t blame him.

Any footballer in such predicament would be tempted to join Celtic. It’s a chance to perform in front of a massive audience in the most prestigious tournaments. There were rumors going around at the time that the Bhoys even offered him a trial.

It would appear that Simpson still harbors remorse for his failed attempt to secure a transfer to Glasgow; thus, he has been in a state of footballing limbo for the past few years.

[8:37 AM, 11/20/2023] Zion Joe: Now that it’s international week again, TBR Celtic will try to keep you up to date on the players who have left Scotland to join their national teams.

Fourteen Celtic players are currently on foreign duty for the next ten days. While the team’s fans hope that all of them do well, they will also be hoping that they come back without getting hurt.

Celtic forwards Kyogo Furuhashi and Daizen Maeda, on the other hand, are not likely to hurt them.

In the 6-0 win over Aberdeen on Sunday, Kyogo got hurt and had to be taken off because of a nasty head injury.

Maeda hurt himself in the Champions League game against Atletico Madrid when he challenged for a red card. He tore ligaments, which will keep him out for up to six weeks.

Japan’s manager, Hajime Moriyasu, was asked about both players. He felt bad for them but told them to come back better than ever.

She told The Herald, “It’s a shame to miss them both, but the players are the ones who are really upset.”

“That’s too bad” The manager of the national team was disheartened to hear that two Celtic players had been injured.

“The first and most important thing is that both of them get better and get back to working hard at their club.”

“I believe they have the strong will and power to do that.”

Kyogo, Maeda, and Reo Hatate are all hurt for Celtic. Brendan Rodgers will have to figure out how to play without a few of his best players in December.

Hatate and Maeda were left off the list, but that still gives players who aren’t on the Celtic first team a chance to play.

Because December is going to be a busy month, Brendan Rodgers will have to use his whole team so that no one gets hurt or stressed out.
